2017 DD15 IMAPS

Brand new Freightliner DD15 but that doesn't mean ####e!! Problem I'm having is with the Intake Manifold air Pressure Sensor. When I've been idling awhile with the glorious Opti idle, the truck will go into a periodic regen. While doing its thing towards the end the intake manifold pressure sensor will shut the truck down abruptly. I looked up the default code and it's the imaps. Of course I Google and guys say to take it out and clean it cause it can get gunked up but for a new truck with less than 20k maybe it needs a new one. Sometimes it will do the regen fine but mostly I have to restart the truck. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thx.
