Your cargo bay doors for the bunk on the outside of the sleeper. There is actually a door switch for those when one is not fully closed that little warning message will come on. The other number does sound like the axle weight. If it never changes, you likely have a bad sensor for that. It basically just reads the air pressure in the rear rear left air bag to give you that number.

 

Check at your left rear rear air bag. The pressure sensor is tied into the air lines right there. If you have the premium ABS, the abs will also have a sensor there so it knows about how heavy the truck is too. There will be two separate sensors, but they are actually the same sensor part number. So you can switch the connectors for them to test to see if it works or not. If it still doesn't work, then I would say you have a wiring problem along the frame somewhere.
