I have a 2016 KW with ISX was driving down the road and my four ways started flashing Circuit failure light came on. I currently have no turn signals they still flash off and on by themselves if I turn the key off while running the truck will not shut off until the ECM powers down not sure what problem could be

Could be many things such as wiring, modules, or relays. On the t800 there should be a module under the driver side of the cab. That module controls the chassis lights and everything to do with the chassis. We one time had a problem where one of the plugs were not pressed in all the way and it gave us problems with tail lights and turn signals. Best thing to do would be to scan the truck to see if there are any codes. There is also another module under the cup holders in the center console. It controls everything in the cab. Has anything been messed with or removed? I would also look for any wire rubbing.

The funny part is that if you leave it alone for a day or so the message goes away
