2015 volvo vnl air leak issue

I've been slowly tracking down air leaks on my truck. I've finally come to a part located underneath the passenger side on an inner frame rail. For the life of me I cannot find any info online or even pictures of what it is. Sadly I've even asked a "mechanic" and to his reply he wasnt sure but it looked to be some sort of purge valve.. however to the left of that it's leaking behind a module as you can see most notably the soapy bubbles coming from it in the pictures I've uploaded with this post in hopes someone can please tell me what the hell this thing is lol.
