I have a 2015 Cascadia with ISX and 10 Spd auto shift. It's kind of gutless and won't go over 65 mph. I heard there is a performance mode that can really help with these issues. Has anyone heard of this or had someone change the software, with any success?

Not sure how it works in a Freightliner, but I used to drive a Mack that had performance mode. It was just a simple button on the shift pad to activate. It would allow higher revs in each gear and eliminate those stupid "skip shifts" that every auto seems to do. It worked great in the Mack, I used it all the time.
It will kill your MPG's though, if that matters. -
My 19 freightshaker has performance mode on the auto shift. Still worthless like every autoshift. As for why truck will not go faster than 65, is its speed limited electronically.
Kyle G. Thanks this. -
The speedlimit is a parameter that needs to be adjusted. If this is a fleet truck, then this is set by your organization. Otherwise, you can adjust these for max roadspeed.
