2014 freightliner cascadia no crank no start

    i have a 2014 freightliner cascadia that wont crank and theres no check engine light. ive checked all fuses, starters good, starter wires and keyswitch wire is good. the truck will power up in the dash. ive hooked up diagnostic link to it and theres not a single code but the def light flashes red and shows its empty. trucker said it was running when he hopped out to go into the office for his load paperwork and when he came out it wasnt running. any type of suggestions would be appreciated. im thinking it might be a sending unit but it would still crank at least if that was the problem.

    sounds like a bad cpc, when you connect ur diagnostic tool and it scans the modules, make sure to see the cpc is connected, that year freightliner is known for cpc issues, click ur dash switch so it cycles thru mileage and see if it says NO ENG, easiest way to find out is if you have another Cascadia like that one, just swap CPCs
