Does anyone have any idea why the kill switch by driver side seat might not be working. Light is not on nor does it do anything. When I bought a truck 1 year ago it was all good but I never really used it since I really didnt need to. I just tried to use it and nothing.

What the probability the switch took the ####? Is there a fuse for it somewhere ?

    Need help t

    thanks

That's not a battery disconnect, it just kills some of the cab loads via the cab power module. The truck will actually run with it off, it just won't start.

that switch actually operates the PNDB. The PNDB kills cab's, chassis's and powertrain's power. The truck will not start if switch is in off position. go to here for more info ---> https://www.thetruckersreport.com/t...012-cascadia-randomly-shuts-off.276831/page-2

We just had one dying intermittently, and turning the disconnect off after the truck was running did the trick. Lights and engine were about all that worked. Found that solution via Google.

if the inside solenoid will be dead/burnt no trick will help. just shortening input and 3 output terminals will bring the power back..

Well , If the pndb would be dead , my truck wouldnt be running right ? I mean everything runs (radio, lights, cab lights)

Is it possible that the switch by itself took the hit from something ? (Lrts say water from snow) i also have no codes. I checked all the fuses in the PNDB box and they are all good.

PNDB gets power to all fuses , i also took the switch out and the plug is getting power also. Im gonna buy a new switch and try to see if it works

If you have a bad pndb would that cause loss of electric from the Sam chasis and sam cab? My pndb on the firewall is blinking
