2007 International 4300 wiper issues

    I have a 2007 International 4300 that I don’t have any wipers or high beams. The switch for the washer fluid is working as well as the turn signals and hazards. I have replaced the wiper switch with no success. I also replaced the cab control module for a different issue, but that didn’t make a difference either

    Zero volt reference problem between the switch and body controller. Wiper speed and headlight command both share the same ZVR at pin 3 of 1600 at the body controller, wire A9H. It splices several times along the way. Check connector and pin and follow that wire as best as possible.

    Make sure the correct relays are installed some are 4 pin some are 5 it’s the middle prong 5 style relays that get swapped around in the pdm
