2007 Freightliner M2 106 Flatbed Tow Truck, rear lighting issues.

Hello, I have some rear lighting issues on a 2007 Freightliner M2, its got a flatbed tow truck on it. Sometimes the brake lights stick, but mostly weird things are happening. with the brake lights all the clearance lights come on, on the deck. when throwing the truck into reverse, pretty much same thing, brake lights come on and all the clearance. as for the blinker, they hardly ever work properly as in individually rather it acts as the hazards come on, tail lights only. front of the truck seems to be working properly, we did a bunch of poking around. wires look good, same with the junction box. anybody ever had this issue or something similar ? thanks for any help.
