Hi guys !
Decided to write this post here maby there will he some new ideas. Dealing withi mid 128 sid 94 fmi 7.
What i did:
1. Changed the fuel pump
2. Changed the accesory drive
3. Changed the belts
4. Changed INJECTOR CUPS with all new o-rings for injectors.
5. Changed the overflow valve (check valve).
Worth mentioning that my tanks were dirty as #### and first time when i changed the filter (after 2000miles after purchase) davco was full of crap. I litterary drained half galon of ####. After that i take a look in my tanks and i saw that they are dirty. Adress that imideatly in Chicago. Now tanks are clean.
If somebody have any idea on what else to check please let me know. Im thinking about pressurizing the system to see if there is a leak maby(unlikely).

Is there any other check valves in the fuel system? If this thing was as dity as you say maybe there is another hung up somewere.....i dont have a parts manual so i cant help you locate them. (I have read, not validated, that there is one on the Mack mp7 just at the top left of the engine ecm fuel line connection that is prone to give issues, maybe there is one here the same? )

I don't know but i also heard that ECM Cooling plate (fuel goes thru it) can be issue due tu clog up

Either way im sure with some new banjo bolt washer and a wrench you could get a look and possibly eliminate the rcm cooling plate and valves if there are any.....i suspect its easy enough to do.
Some one on here may be able to validate if you can flush the cooling llate possibly? -
