Cummins ISX engine. All switches appear to be working in the dash when checking with JPRO. Except one indicator for cruise control status cruise mode inactive. In Cummins Insite it all looks normal but for Brake Pedal Depressed is showing on. I installed a couple of used switches on the manifold on driver side for brake lights to see if that was the issue but no change. Any idea what is causing the ECM to think the brake pedal is depressed?

I show the brake pedal switch with wires 97-GF, 18 gauge violet and 97AL, 18 gauge violet at the brake pedal switch for the engine input. Brakes released is a closed circuit. So an open anywhere would cause it show depressed all the time. Brake pedal input at the ECM oem connector is 97AL, 18 gauge violet, pin #5.

Turns out the switch with the yellow band was bad and the one I tried (used) was as well. Installed a new one and it worked fine. Thanks.
