I have decided to sell my hauler. I am listing it right now, so that you guys who are in the market, will have a chance to see that it is out there. I have to make one more run to Texas in January. After that it will be 100% available to the open market. The truck is located in Chandler, Az. It is registered in Arizona under 26K lbs, with a clean title as well.
    2000 Kenworth T600 with 360k original miles.
    Cat 3406E
    525 HP
    18 Speed Eaton Fuller Manual
    3 Stage Jake Brake
    3.55 Axle Ratio
    15k miles on Virgin tires
    24.5s
    240 gal fuel capacity
Air Ride Suspension, Cab, and Seats.
32K LB Trailer Saver Air Ride RV hitch with 3rd airbag for 7.5k lb hitch pin weight.
Can tow any style of trailer,...gooseneck, 5th wheel, and bumper pull trailers as well.
Is equipped to tow trailers with electric or air brakes.
    LED tail and marker lights.
Voyager Monitor with two backup cameras.
Converted and Singled with a 230" wheelbase.
    Tilt Steering
    Cruise Control
    Maxbrake Brake Controller
    Sleeper Bunk, but no mattress.
Jacknife Sofa bed that seats three passengers, with seatbelts.
    Mini-fridge.
Various storage compartments in the sleeper.
    Sleeper has HVAC.
This truck starts quickly with no issues,...and runs very strong.
I am asking $37,000. All reasonable offers will be considered. Please don't waste my time with LOWBALL offers,...as I am not in a hurry to have sold my truck. I have posted many other photos here in my Photobucket album. I purposely didn't detail it, so that you can get a much better view of the truck's true condition. If you have any questions or need more photos, feel free to ask.

    Thanks,
    Leonard

I would think a private individual would be interested in a super nice tractor like that. Not being an automatic might be an issue for that market segment. You might want to consider advertising it in Good Sam's Trailer Life Magazine, it snow bird time now.

Yeah, I have it listed in the Escapees forum. You're right about the tranny not being automatic. That's why no one had bought it during the time period before I had purchased it. I figured I'd list here, because I know guys are looking to get good deals on low mileage tow vehicles. It's a versatile truck. Whether you need it for work or play,...it's always ready to go. It's been the best truck that I've ever towed with. And I've towed with Dodges, Chevys, and those Freightliner Sportchassis,...but none could even come close. The only advantage they had over this truck, is that they could accelerate quicker from a dead stop.

Yeah it is a very nice unit. Too bad it isn't tandem axle. If it was it probably wouldn't be low miles like that though. That's practically new.

If it was tandom, I probably wouldn't even have it. It would probably be one wore out truck with a million plus on it. When my mechanic saw the motor for the first time, he had to double check to make sure that the odometer hadn't turned a million on a remanned engine, because of how clean it is.

Thanks. It's serious for what it can do, compared to all the pickups that you see towing the big heavy 5th wheels and other trailers. What's nice, is the fact that the wear and tear is minimal for these light loads.

Yeah it would probably be like mine with 1,300,000 on it. Worn out? They're not even broken in yet until they get around a million. I'll take a million miler pre-emmissions that's been maintained over any of this 08+ junk with low miles.

Stranger things and lower miles than yours have happened. I remember a year or so ago someone posted a link to truck paper a 2007 Pete 379 with a 550 CAT, 18 speed that was parked in a shed from the time it was bought from a dealer. Had less than a 1,000 miles on it. Asking price was $180,000.

Couldn't agree more. For the price, and the motor, mileage and trim options it'd be worth it even if you were to convert it back to tandem.

Think I remember the truck you speak of. Silver colored, custom tanks... one of the best looking trucks I've ever seen.

    Howdy Leonard,
If I didn't already have this Columbia to tow my toy hauler, I'd buy your truck in a heartbeat.
