Recently moved to WA from TX and switched my Class A with hazmat over when I surrendered I it. When I try to apply for a job I've been told by several companies that I'm not eligible to be hired by them because it shows that I have 2 active CDL's, been playing this game for 2 months now trying to contact the TX DPS with zero results since they never answer the phone or my emails.
Today I went to the WA dl office to try to see if they could help me to which they replied that I needed to call Olympia, I did so and they were unable to help me as well. Later I tried calling the DOT to see if I can get some help from them and they just tell me to call the WA license office, even asked for the # of the Port of entry scale to see maybe if I turn myself in for having 2 CDL'S they might be able to do something about it.
So what are my options at these stage short of driving all the way back to TX or hiring a lawyer to try and resolve the matter?
