I have a 1lw shortblock with new cat cylinder kits can I put a 6nz head on it and cam ( I have no core head so I will be buying a new one from cat "

fron 1Lw to 6nz, 5ek has a smaller cam.

just to throw this out there, there's a cam for a 6nz 375 hp truck engine that's bigger than the 1,000 plus hp marine, probably cheaper too.
