have run out of fuel 2 times cause my right side tank was empty but drivers side had fuel (full), have to pump the fuel from driver side back to the right tank and prime system again to get down the road, checked caps and vent lines, checked return lines, had to clamp drivers side return line to correct problem , what am I missing?:biggrin_25513:

Could be something in the pick up tube, suction line or return line, return tube. I have seen those pick up/return tubes crack at the top. You could have some debris in the tank as well. With a 97, your fuel lines may be starting to dry rot and suck a bit of air, or internally collapsing.
