When does it do it? Under load, at speed, coasting, etc? Sometimes a bad wheel bearing will cause a vibration that you can feel on the floor/throttle pedal.

Bad trailer tires will shake a truck to pieces too. Just a thought.

I will check the cab mounts but it seems while driving under speed it vibrates more . I thought it was motor mounts but it wasn't . Will check

    Check your universal joints.

    ^ 2nd that.

How are your tires? Some Chinese/cheap brand tires have a tendancy to become oval rather than round.

Pretty much any component that moves while driving could be suspect. U-joint vibrations typically show up at a certain speed but go away when above or below that speed. Out of round tires tend to make more of a "hop" feeling in the seat. Worn/loose wheel bearings tend to give somewhat of a "hum" vibration that I would liken to driving repeatedly on and off a rumble strip.

Do you see any evidence of a broken off driveshaft balance weight?
