I advise any driver wanting to get into the oilfeild industry to stay far away from 1845 oilfield services you will get 1 load a day sit for hours mean 12 to 22 hours at a well sight and not get merge pay they don't pay dead head miles nor loaded miles the loads pay to the driver anywhere from 110 to 125 per load but when u get one load a day u do the math management is super horrible so if u like to sit at the truck stops all day and chat this is the job for u if u want to lose your house wife car this is for u. They have people training u that don't even know how to do the job well themselves. I feel sorry for anybody that comes to this company and get stuck if u don't believe me ask any driver that currently there they will tell u they about to leave and not to come

I see plenty of your trucks out here. Yet they demand 2 years to put up with that? Where's the outrage?

I didn't hear many complaining back when things were going gang busters and making great money and spending most of it in the teaty bars. It's oilfield. Therefore it's feast or famine.

I had a lot people telling me a few years back I should get a job working out of pit fields, how the towns near big shale fields were thriving and workers were making money hand over fist.... I kept wondering what if those wells went dry or oil prices dropped off... then those towns ended up filled with suddenly unemployed workers, crime rates climbing up, and the economies just about ruined.... for all it's shortcomings at least reefer freight is still in demand...

Not only that first day in orientation they had this one ol' boy who looked like Kaiser Wilhelm II in a cowboy hat chewing my ### out because I took a long time to take a piss test. I drank as much water as I can but it took a while #### I thought he was gonna blow a gasket and use his spear pointed helmet on my ###. Lol
