I will post some flatbed companies that hire new cdl school grads.
You can call the companies and ask if they hire from 160. Pretty sure they do.

FWIW to anybody else who might be curious about 160, I got bad vibes from them just from my phone experiences. Representatives at the call center wouldn’t tell me what tuition was over the phone, branch office in Tucson was permanently closed, and all knowledge classes would be via webcam. Even financing: my credit score isn’t bad and I still wasn’t approved. -
What about white mountain trucking, I see those guys everywhere now.

Before signing the deal with Swift, contact Ashley Distribution. They bought Wilson Logistics dry van division and opened their own cdl school. Ashley drivers make around $90G a year. That's the amount a few of their drivers have posted on here.

I did the Swift thing. It all worked out for me. Originally only planned on staying that first year, maybe two. But, found I like driving for them and I've stayed.
As a mega, I think they are one of the better options. But, with any mega, they only do a minimum amount of training. So, you have be on your toes to learn as much as you can as quickly as you can. You simply aren't spoon feed. You're expected to engage in the training and give it serious effort.
I always looked at it this way, I'm the one who wanted to learn how to be a professional driver. So, it is my responsibility to learn what I need and if I don't know something, ask and put effort into learning it.TB John Thanks this.
