Does anyone or has anyone ever used these. I just hooked up a power inverter today and while I was at it went ahead and hooked up the road pro heater while I was at it. I bought it awhile back. Just curious if it will run my batteries down over night and if it will keep my bunk warm. I have a little 48" flat top sleeper so it's not a huge space.

the instruction manual says to use ONLY when engine is running to avoid draining the batteries.

the running engine will provide heat. that thing don't. too much space and 12 volts isn't enough to draw the wattage needed to provide heat.

i tried it once when my truck wouldn't start and my espar heater didn't work. 20 degrees outside and the sun beating down on the cab did a better job.

RoadPro= total garbage. Just give me your money instead. Giving me your money will have the same effect for you as buying that overpriced garbage can stuffer.

Anything that has to create its own heat will draw a ton of power. Bye bye batteries

I figured it would be trash. I did buy it from a truck stop after all. I bought it about a year ago and never used it because I didn't have high hopes for it. I was hoping to hear a little better news though. Thanks.
