Pulled the tank off and removed the internal check valve.Went to my local freightliner dealer and they said its no longer available.??? That i would have to buy a 300 dollar tank now . I searched the internet and can't find that thing anywhere . even tried the part number that was on an old thread on this site. any help is appreciated thanks!

They no longer offer it.

Go to a place that sells hydraulic fittings and hoses. Most of them handle air fittings too.

Without a picture it is hard to guess.
I have a ‘99 FL60 and had an ‘03 and they still have the traditional no nonsense system.
If the bung in the tank has standard pipe thread just get another standard normal external type check-valve and if it has air lines to that port rehook them to the new valve. If the valve is just there to keep that tank from back leaking back into another one in series with it it probably isn’t really needed. It is just extra c.y.a b.s. -
Thanks to all for the help ! i just bought a new tank with the valve already welded in it they said. i guess they are doing that so people cant run them without a checkvalve. I hope when i put this on it solves my slow air in secondary syetem trouble !
SmallPackage Thanks this.
