It has been a few years since I have had the Charge Air Cooler out so I dont recall which side comes out first. Hopefully, someone will come forward and let me know. Obviously, it is Passenger or Driver's side first, but is there anything else that I need to do to get it out? (Such as lift up on Driver's side then go out around the radiator)

remove grill stand up in hole to remove AC. con. will fold out of way without removing lines and loseing ac freon, cooler will have 4 bolts with rubber replace them if worn/thru.4 new hose on cooler then a helper can put in p/u truck to get tested, clean RAD. while cooler is out.Tape up intake on eng.. so trash cant get intake.

I have completed all the steps except for taking the CAC (Charge Air Cooler) out. It doesn't fit around the Radiator. Like I said it has been a few years since I have had the CAC out and I have forgotten how it comes out. Whatever it is, is very easy, just cant remember the procedure.

Well I end up getting it out without removing the radiator. FYI......When uninstalling the CAC the passenger side comes out first. It was very tight fit but I made it work.

I'd remove hood, it is easy
after that many shops use to remove radiator and CAC together
