The dispatchers were out of line but Abe should not have accepted that load! I wonder if he broke any laws by recording them without their knowledge?

Abe is salary,he had no choice but to accept the load.Every state sets their own laws reguarding recording them.A member posted that link on the original thread.

I respectfully disagree. Nobody had a gun to his head. He definitely had a choice. He didn't have to go pick up that load.

I wonder how many drivers who work for companies with bad reputations like his actually feel that they can turn down a load. Not many I can guarantee that. Abe could have handled it better but the dispatchers were out of line. Especially the last one. What they put him on the phone cause he is the "tough guy" of the bunch? Don't you love the part when Abe says I don't want to hurt anyone and the "Enforcer" basically says don't bring up that BS. What a bunch of clowns on their night dispatch! They make you proud K&B???

Sad part is that it happens many times each day in this industry. I hope the video goes viral.

There are plenty of drivers where I work who pick and choose their loads ,

No Oregon or Washington , no east coast since they don't have EZ pass , etc , etc .

    They are special. :biggrin_25514:

True, but do you think it would have been any better had he refused? He would have still got a service failure along with threats like you heard on the video. Its a no win situation.
