    1) I went by the information on the video itself, did not look at the Arkansas state government site, also, not sure if the bill has been signed off, just guessing that it was.
    2) I would be lying if I said otherwise.

    The whole country needs to follow this. It once was a rule for a CMV in the USA.

    Have no idea how it got tossed to the side and made "ok" not too be able to.
