This topic is so subjective it's nearly impossible to list all the good companies for noobs. You won't make money in your first year but it's like a paid college education. It's easier to list the worst companies to go to. CRE comes to my mind as the worst. Also Werner and anything Dollar General or Family Dollar which Werner also will try to put you in that.
Best companies for people right out of cdl school? Is roehl good?

Why the rush on training? That's one thing you don't want to rush. You don't want to rush anything in trucking.

I agree with Brian. Training is where you learn the 95% of the trucking business you don't learn in CDL school. It is hard to share such a tiny space with another person for up to 2 months but remember after you are solo you are expected to know everything to do the job. Short training period means going solo without important info. This job is hard enough even if you do know all of the stuff.
