Road Check 2024 Cab searches planned?

“This year, International Roadcheck will have two focus areas– tractor protection systems and alcohol and controlled substance possession.“

Just curious if they’re actually planning to search our trucks for the “substance possession” part. I mean how else would they handle that part of it?
At minimum I suspect they will be climbing inside just to see if anything is in the open.

I already know that they will be checking the clearinghouse to make sure drivers aren’t prohibited.

Drug sniffing dogs?
Driver impairment tests?

CVSA’s International Roadcheck Is Scheduled for May 14-16

 

I just realized that I’m delivering a big dollar load home to Florida on the 14th. This will be the first time I’ve been home during road check BS.

Personally I’m old and wouldn’t deal with any invasive crap. Unfortunately there’s always some good paying freight during these events.

 

I could use some new stickers myself because after the last set I got I was left alone for a very long time.
Just invasive searches would probably trigger my other personality to show up
