Is the staring cpm for extra board 0.7125 cpm?

 

I was told it went up 2.5 cents because of the raise in January

 

Anyone else running as flex team here? I have a question regarding how they manage their clock? Do they drive all their hours in the week so you take a reset at the end of the week? Or how ?

 

Im considered a flex driver with Cardinal. I run all my hours out and then go to a hotel for my 34. Do it again and then go home.

Wowwwww guys I was waiting until June to switch or July but ground contractor has informed me I’ll be let go soon.

why are you getting let go?

 

They can’t hire another driver to split shift with me. So they’re making no money off truck I’m driving. I’ve been warned by manager I could be let go. Fedex is not trying to push new hire through for my company. Issues from before I got hired someone doesn’t like my bosses company.

 

Brandon, I worked for Fedex Ground. My contractor was great. Pay was good, did everything he could for special off times. Fedex kept offering new routes to him because his employees were reliable. Direct result from how he treated them.
You should be able to move to another contractor with no problems if Your record is good. Maybe make more money. Good luck.
