Pros
No-touch freight. Always paid what I'm owed. Excellent maintenance program. No driver-facing cameras. Home when you want. No "fuel routing."
Cons
Only one truck wash per month. 62/65/68 speed limiters. Its still trucking.

Never felt at home before like I do here. Everyone in dispatch is a former driver and seems to know and understand what we go through when dealing with the customers. Mostly contract freight, I've only hauled one brokered load in over 3 years here. Most of the guys and gals have been here longer than I have, and I hope to out last all of them, too. I get home when I want to get home and there are no "earning" days off when on the road. I am home every weekend to be with my family. Trucks are mostly new and decently equipped Cascadias. Satellite radio is provided by the company, too. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.

Pros
Hourly pay, training was great
Cons
Little room to acknowledge superior performance

It was a good stepping stone into the oilfield. Probably one of the best training programs and facilities in the Bakken. Hourly pay made for a good safety net for rookies, but perpetuated slackers milking the clock.
