About us
- CLE Transportation is a family owned and operated company based out of Norwalk, OH and Waco, TX. We are looking for a qualified CDL Class A professional truck driver to complement our local fleet. Our freight ships from our terminals in Huron, OH and Waco, TX to western, southern and midwestern states back to our home bases. Outbound trailers are mostly preloaded. We service South, Southwest, and Midwest. 99% of the freight is no touch. Schedules are flexible and we can get you home weekly, every other weekend or after 4 weeks out. Home time is 72 hours after 2 weeks and 5 days after 4 weeks on the road.
What we offer
- PAY RATE :
- $22-24 per hour + over time after 40. Normal week is between 45-55 hours and average local driver makes $1230/week
- This is a P&D position. We service 200 mile radius and working hours are variable.
- Ability to operate independently and manage your clock for maximum utilization is a MUST!
- Drivers are home daily but can run overnight if they would like for extra pay

Requirements:
- 5 years of RECENT, VERIFIABLE and CONSEQUTIVE driving experience is a must
- No more than 1 major MVR violation
- No more than 1 major CSA violation
- NO acute accidents
- NO SAP drivers due to recent change in insurance guidelines
- NO felonies on record due to recent change in insurance guidelines
