Pay:
- Up to $1880 with a Minimum weekly guarantee of $1350 (must be available to work the full work week in order to receive the guaranteed weekly minimum pay on Friday (will not receive guaranteed minimum if driver takes sick and/or vacation days.)
- All drivers start at .45 CPM
- Annual Average is $75,000-$78,000 starting, top earners making $95,000 W2
- Stop pay: stops 1-3 $17. 4+ stops $22
- Delay pay: $17.00 per hour
- Daytime Driver: Primary Schedule = Monday-Friday, assigned departure times between 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; these are all layover routes so the driver will be out two nights per week. All deliveries are done during the day, while the stores are open.
- Nighttime Driver: Primary Schedule = Monday-Friday, assigned departure times between 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.; these routes are non-layover, driver is home at the end of their shift. They are overnight unattended deliveries

- Driver will unload at customer stores using an electric pallet jack
- Will have returns if needed
- New hire transition bonus $500-paid in full on second paycheck
