All the trucks and trailers are poorly maintained. My dispatcher was actually very good. Load planners are incompetent on their best of days. All levels of management are a joke. 3 weeks in and my onduty time is double my drive time. Expect less than 1500 miles a week and will burn your 70 hours in 5 days. This company is a joke, I'm currently waiting for someone to come into the office to get me keys since maintenance locked my truck knowing I had a 2am load appointment. Dispatch knew this as well. There is no support after 6pm or on weekends. 34 hr reset turns into 3 days at a truck stop yet on your home time they magically have a hot load that forces you out atleast a day early. Don't even call this company let alone step through the door.

Pros

None

Cons

Literally every but dispatcher Derrick

Trucks were okay trailers on the other were scary. Dispatch depending on who it was is somewhat okay. The load planner was a joke. Home time sure but using you vacation to get a check not okay. 2 weeks setting wasn't cool. After a year of service they'll starve you out of a job. If I could warn anyone don't work for thus company. It's a joke and they don't care about you.

Pros

Not to many to go by

Cons

Dispatch, load planner and trailers

This company is a great company. I drove here for 2 years in carbon black division. The things I LOVE THE MOST- new trucks, great dispatch, home time, and great benefits. I was terminated because I parked on the ON RAMP to avoid a HOS violation.

Pros

New trucks, Home time is great for dry van and carbon black. Great benefits. Family oriented, they do not micro manage you. Dispatch is Great and helpful. Great maintenance system.

Cons

Miles per week fluctuates too often. Even carbon black division, but carbon black does get MORE miles than dry van. They tell you in orientation you will get 2500 plus miles a week, but it’s rarely the case.

With a rate con. Of $30k+ per load for carbon black....in my opinion you would at least expect to start out with more than 0.52 cpm

Pros

This company definitely does care about its drivers and hometime...and not having you stuck out on the road...

Cons

My only con would be the pay.... Dry van .52 cpm reefer. 60 cpm carbon black. 052 cpm
