Either you like or you don't. Drove for a couple of months but decided to do local work since otr is no longer for me. The trucks are nice and there's no micromanagement

This company advertises guaranteed pay and a base salary of $70,000 for drivers. Their website still has this information on it. When you get hired, they tell you that the CEO changed that and none of it is in effect. They will start experienced drivers out at 52 cpm. They won't reimburse you for things like windshield wipers, fluids, etc. There is no detention pay. They don't have a terminal, they rent out a space to park their trailers. Trucks have pretty wraps on the outside but are poorly maintained. They tell you you're getting a new truck and you get a 2022. Stayed out 4 weeks at a time, brought home under $1000 a week.

Pros

Truck looks cool on the outside.

Cons

Bait and switch routine with their website. Low pay. Poorly maintained equipment.

They asked me to write a review because i guess some drivers are cry babies and complain about everything. Let me get this straight. I've been in this industry for over 25 years. I've met some guys that jump from one company to another every month and complain about everything. It's trucking. Man up and do your job. If you want to be home every day, sit in the truck and not do anything and still get paid, maybe you should do something else. Here im driving a fully equipped KW. They give me as many miles as I want. And importantly let me go home when i want to go home.

Pros

Trucks and miles

Cons

Some overnight driving

Used to run dedicated GA- FL with them for two years. It's sucks that the customer shut down the lane. I really enjoyed it. I really don't look forward doing OTR again...
