When I was hired I was told that I can turn down loads if it's not what I want or don't like I had 15 years or 16 years of over the road driving I have been a lease operator twice I started out like it I'm at the beginning but near the end when it came time to renew my contract yeah things took a turn for the worst I decided that I was going quit I was under alone I could have been a b**** and left the load sitting at the yard and not deliver it but I didn't I delivered it I picked up another one I delivered it came back to the yard and I left I was really disappointed in the company they started out nice but when they started getting rid of like Tammy and Tim and they brought in other people I started I was done had miles at the beginning near the end they start dropping off yeah I would be a little leery about going to them the main company is out of Canada and believe me if you got a problem you don't get to go to the yard cuz you have to you know go through customs and all the other s*** just to go to their yard up there so be a little leery pay attention because it starts off really good and then they crap all over again good luck cuz you're going to need it
Pros
I had a really good truck I can say that never really had any problems out of it
Cons
Pushy dispatchers they will try to make you run on hours you do not have you're in Plano Illinois and you got to go to Uline in Wisconsin and pick up a load and you only have 3 hours as during rush hour traffic now if anybody has been in Chicago rush hour traffic you ain't going nowhere you're going to be sitting bumper to bumper and traffic they don't give a crap about you they only care about themselves and making the money if you get caught with no hours or you run out hours do you think that

No training, hires anyone. Good thing is no drug tests or background checks. Lease u a truck, get u miles but then couple months later miles disappear but they still want that lease payment til u quit, then lease truck to next fool

They check watch and try to control you all your money the mechanic name Paul he’s Make comments like how long before you get out his truck these trucks Ragley .then you have Chad don’t know how to plan no loads you sit there waiting on loads all day. A Canada owner company when they treat the American side like they nothing so I’ll tell you don’t waste your time o You have to work 30 days before you get the lease purchase truck and they pay every two weeks out of them 30 days
