This place is shady now. Stealing pay running everyone out is exactly what they want. Started long time ago. Change the name already and quit riding on what the good ones built. Lot of good family companies up the road. Stay clear.

This place went from being top tier to worst company and it’s a damn shame. Running out of money. Everyone from top down has left or is leaving.

Lately the morale has been low. The company wants us to use our phones for work and unless they are paying the bill that is not acceptable. They hired an office manager about three years ago who drove away most of their top drivers. This new office manager has managed to chase out 9 of the top office staff they had. The new people he has brought in (if they answer) say Combined Trucking when they answer the phone. And another thing that is irritating is they bring in new drivers with little to no experience and pay them what the more experienced drivers are getting if not more. Why be loyal when it no longer is a good thing.

Pros

Well maintained and clean equipment

Cons

Some current changes only benefit the office.

I’m a current employee & have been w/ TP almost 3 months. I’m a female who’s been flatbedding 7yrs & have worked w/ a few other larger carriers. In my opinion TP stands out as being the most professional & friendly company to work for. From the recruiters, payroll dept, amazing dispatchers, maintenance shop staff, they make my experience as a Driver enjoyable! Hometime is never an issue. The trucks, trailers, equipment are top notch. Everyone could use higher pay but I’m satisfied with what they bring to the table. This is flatbed and winter freight is always gonna be slower but they always keep me running. The benefits package they offer is what sealed the deal for me. It’s nice to finally work for a company that SHOWS they care for their drivers. I’m thankful for the opportunity to work for a company that I can see being a long term! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros

Professional, well maintained newer equipment, friendly, always have a load, wait time isn’t long.

Cons

Wish pay was a little higher

This company was a great company to work for...not so much anymore. No transparency between drivers and office staff. No clue as to who is running things in an office that seems to have revolving door. Pay is all over the place....keep eye on your check ! Would be nice if drivers given pay breakdown sheet.
