Equipment and maintenance is below average. Trucks breakdown and they can't fix em right the first time. Always something wrong with their trailers, worn out or simply does not work. Check engine on is normal according to the fleet person. LoL! Tell you to goto TA since their own mechanics are too busy, 2 weeks behind. Abuse your time off imo. You often run out of time and they get you home 8,9,10,11 at night on your friday. You complain and their answer is "there is no time we get you home by." Never mind being courteous and respectful. The planners don't plan well. Set unrealistic expectations on delivery times. They don't account for common delays such as time of day, traffic, construction and weight. Every other driver I spoke with about this company say the same things I have said here. Keller has been bad since 2019 and won't change since. They are a bad trucking company and do not treat their drivers well.
Pros
I can't think of any
Cons
Mechanics and equipment
Dispatch is arrogant and incompetent
Mgmt doesn't care about their drivers imo reflected by their purchase decisions on a fancy new corporate building as opposed to a bigger shop and new trucks. They lie about miles. One week I had 1243 miles. Lol! They told me I would get average of 2200 to 2500 a week. I would not recommend keller to any driver.

Working 5 on 2 off .They run sleeper trucks like a day cab all over Ohio Indiana and into Michigan. 150 to 250 mile runs. Always throw an extra run on at end of the week to make sure I don't get home until Saturday. 2 pick up and 2 deliveries and a possible 3rd pick up in a day.... Looking for somewhere else . Reason I'm on here now .. Had me dispatched to deliver at 10am then empty home. Got to the pick up and they added another pick up and delivery to my Friday. So once again won't be getting home until Saturday. I was really looking forward to being home on a Friday for a change.
Cons
Too many non truck driving women working here. Have no clue. Use you like you're company equipment

It doesn't much matter if the equipment is nice if bed bugs are on the truck. Always screenshot your loads. They (dispatch) will change info and not tell you. When you mess up they gaslight you and shuck all responsibility. This company is no longer a quality company to drive for. Please do not complain about real issues. It may lead to your firing.
Pros
The maintenance team is cool
Cons
There's no honor amongst the thieves in the office. Prepare to be gaslit.

This was my first OTR job out of trucking school; cpm was.40 and safety bonus was .03cpm. Initially, I thought this was a great company. They reel you in during orientation. My fleet manager/dispatcher was wonderful, but other mangers/dispatcher were absolutely the worse. They advertise 2500-3000 miles a week; I average between 1800-2000. After I complained, I got between 2000-2100. May five time out of the 8 months I was employed did I get 2500+ miles. With all the technology, they are operationally lacking. Mechanics are overwhelmed and it is roll of the dice if you need service on the truck.
Pros
Amendable to personal issues; will give you time off when needed. Will pay you on time. Safety team is fantastic. Recruiter (Tiffany) is a wonderful person.
Cons
The cpm is low. Mileage is low. Operations are inadequate. Some dispatchers are to be desired.

I started my career here and loved it for the first year. I felt like it was better then any mega and I was makeing more money then someone with no experience should be. Now that I've been here for 2 years I make almost exactly the same amount as I did when I started. They give you a lot of freedom and don't bother you unless you make a mistake but the pay and the dispatchers are not up to par
Pros
Freedom, home time is ok no NYC
Cons
Dispatchers haven't got much of a clue and the pay just isn't enough
