$Former Employee - Dec 10, 2024
Pros
Good for new drivers. They last almost 3 months sometimes.
Cons
3 to 6 months life expectancy for drivers.
Former Employee - Aug 21, 2024
Pros
Benefits, culture, patriotic, great terminals and value hard work.
Cons
I really do not have anything negative to say. Stop pay for multiple loads was a little low, but not a lot of LTL so it was not a common problem.
Former Employee - Jul 12, 2024
Pros
Management Training Trucks Home time DM's
Cons
Former Employee - Apr 26, 2024
Pros
No driver facing camera's.
Cons
Downtime with no pay. Poor mileage even though I can run the full clock every day, you will get a load run a few hundred miles and sit the rest of the day (without pay). Company blames everything on everybody else and never takes responsibility.
Former Employee - Apr 10, 2024
Pros
Weekly home time
Cons
Long wait times with no detention pay, I average about 24hrs of waiting on dispatch, shippers, and receivers every week.

Any current system trans drivers with any information? I start orientation June 22nd will be flying out Sunday and have been assigned to the AZ regional fleet.. I'm very interested in hearing from current drivers. Thanks.
How many miles does the avg new driver run per week? Is it the posted 2800 to 3000 or is it much less?

Wanted to start a rough journal on how my experience goes here. There hasn't been too much information about system I could find, so I thought I'd help out everyone else if I could. So I'll be updating this weekly through my schooling at DTS(In house truck driving school) and then once I'm actually on board with System. Stay tuned peeps.
