What made me choose Super Ego?Simple -access.I can get ahold of someone anytime whether it's Sunday morning or midnight on a Tuesday...that meant a lot to me starting out...orientation didn’t answer everything,I’ll be honest, but once I got rolling, dispatch stepped up and helped me figure things out.,...the lease setup is decent. You get your truck, and yeah, you’ll have deductions—it’s not a company driver gig,so don’t expect it to be.But if you’re looking to run and take control of your miles,it works. there is NO perfect company but it’s working for me.

Don’t apply for this company they tell you good things at the beginning all lies. The terminal in Jacksonville fl is so bad the don’t even offer you a bottle of water. I noticed when someone of there kind came in they put some water out after they seen a guy offered them water. It’s so hot in that place and they pits walking up to you always. I work for them for a month without pay. Meanwhile the account number was wrong they claim I have heard that before from other drivers. If the account was wrong then why did it take for me to keep calling them with more lies. Super ego wanted me to continue to drive outside no pay. Meanwhile they have a discount on fuel but they charge u the full amount. Finally they stole my last check which was 600.00. I call and emailed them they kept telling me me it will be in my account but next gotten it. I took there truck back to them and I still didn’t get paid. Meanwhile your bills will get behind my first check as an owner operator 300.00 2nd check 800.00 my last check 632.00 which I didn’t get the last one. This is the money you will be making the first month if you get your money. The hotel in Jacksonville fl you will be staying at people live there on drugs, they prostitute there it is very dangerous. I checked in and the lady at the counter gave me a room someone was living in. If I could I would put no stars. The only guy that helped me got my the check my check for 300 and the check for 800 were the recruiter. I gave the truck back clean. Make sure u take pictures of when pick up any truck and when you turn it back in to cover yourself

If you're thinking about making the move to Super Ego this might just be one of the better lease deals out there. Most leases run 3 to 5 years, but the good part isyou can knock that truck out early if you hustle. They’ve got a zero-down option too, which is real nice if you're trying to get rolling without a big upfront hit.Just be ready—first week or so,you might be in the hole a bit,so have some cash set aside.Ain’t no sneaky balloon payment at the end either, which I’ve seen happen with other places. All in all, it’s been solid—no drama,no nonsense, just driving and earning.

It's all a lie for you to make them money, and pay off their truck. No one has hardly worked long there. Their loads and load board are a joke, with them controlling everything. Of course you have freedom if you are a truck driver. AND THEY ARE SCREWING DRIVERS ON THE RATES WITH FAKE RATE CONS THEY CALL DISPATCH SHEET. THE DRIVER NEVER SEES THE RATE CONFIRMATION CONTRACT.
Pros
NONE . Inexperienced drivers don't know any better
Cons
Everything is a con at this company.

This is my first time leasing a truck, and it’s been a learning experience, but I have no regrets. The freedom to choose my loads is great, and I’m making decent money. It’s all about staying loaded and managing expenses. If you do that, leasing here can be a good move.
Pros
First Lease, and So Far, So Good
