Absolute disappointment , NO communication, brokers ignoring requests and updates, Information in the RC doesn't match reality, one the worst brokers i've booked a load, Please stay away.

Don’t take any load with them then never be detention. I had three hour detention. They only pay me $25 don’t go with them.

I hauled a load for them from Scotts in CT to a Walmart in Northern NY in June of 2023 and as of November 23, 2023 have not been paid, despite many calls and messages there was no response. When I eventually talked to somebody I was referred back and forth between dispatch and accounting until I was given the excuse that a check had been cut but was on hold because my insurance policy had expired in September. I sent them a new certificate, receipt of which was acknowledged and as of today still have not received payment.The representatives I spoke to were rude and obnoxious. I will NOT do business with these crooks in future and would advise anybody else to avoid them also.

This is a cutthroat company! Do not do business with them had rate cons on 2 loads and did first one they cancelled second one and gave it to somebody else for less money! Contracts mean nothing to these people! So next time i book load with them i wont show up like im supposed to and say i thought you were going to give it away to somebody cheaper again so why pick it up!

I booked a load with them at 11:21am and the Pick up window was from 9am to 11am. My driver was coming from San jose, Ca to pick up in Los Banos, Ca .I told them it would take a while. Half way to the pick my driver called me to report that he had a major air leak and possibly could run into an issue with the spring brakes locking up. I had to immediately stop my drivers track and wait for mecanic to repair. I reported to Sunteck but they did not believe I was saying the truth. DAVID GOMBAS THAN SENT ME A DISRESPECTFULL EMAIL STATING HOW GARBAGE MY SERVICE WAS AND HOW HE MADE A REPORT THAT I WAS GARBAGE. I BELIEVE MR GOMBAS SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THIS FIELD IF HE CANT UNDERSTAND THAT EMERGENCY DO HAPPEN ALL THE TIME IN THE TRUCKING BUSINESS.

For all the drivers considering Sunteck,please beware.As an O/O they will lie,cheat,and con you to not pay you.They Safety Rating is to the point of closure. They are a rude group that thinks they can talk,and treat you any way they want to,because they are a big company. As of now still fighting to get my money for loads delivered on time and scanned in the allotted time.Bad Company.If there is any one else that has had an issue with payment from Sunteck.Leave a message for possible reimbursement. They're safety rating probably sucks because of all the drivers they have screwed. I was an Employee as well as brokered from them.

I drive for sunteck and love it here the have a cpm package or a percentage package. You can lease your own truck of any kind. But I really like here good people repacked atmosphere. Enjoy every minute of it.

I'm leased onto sunteck. Seems like there's a lot of hidden deductions at first. I wouldn't lease a truck thru quality leasing... It's some new program they have and I hear a lot of drivers complaining that have done it

SunTeck Brokerage - not worth the headache - Didn't pay us

We will NEVER do another load for this company...They don't put flat rates on their confirmations. 

They put misc fees on their rate confirmations...like good communication $35, on time delivery $75, etc.

They call you every hour. Their rates suck...They didn't pay us....And are now threatening us and calling us liars.

Totally lack of integrity and professional..truly makes brokering companies seem like snakes.


Drivers/Carriers beware of Sunteck, they didn't pay us and don't treat drivers with respect...Aren't worth the headache.
