This broker refused to reimburse my $235 lumper fee. Not because it was not submitted within 48 hours to the payment email. But because the lumper receipt itself was not additionally submitted to two people mentioned on the rate con that did not have a point of contact on the rate con.

Stay Way, rescheduled several times. Departments don't talk to each other. Local boston shipper doesn't understand priority. Lack of updated and no phone calls. Drivers actually doing the work a nice and work hard.
