Let me just say they are trying their best.. I Worked for them and I liked it . They have their maintenance crew . Alm they need is professional drivers no illusional drivers . They pay good and on time . They are humble and open-minded but busy. A good driver will work with them and be professional by applying Positive attitudes . If they don't answer wait ????. If they do something u didn't like don't scream at them . They are human and we all do mistakes when thriving for you. I loved working with this company.

Pros

You get loads no pro

Cons

You will get paid

The owner is very disrespectful,he treats his drivers like they are crap , he has no compassion.he is not someone to work for . Trucks are ok pay is ok but you can't work for a company that the owner thinks your nothing but a driver and don't care about your needs .be warned of the owner ,if you text anyone in the company they tell on you and he calls with a smart mouth

Trailers are in bad shape and you will get the red light to go in at every weigh station and regardless of whether you are a good driver or not you will average $1000 a week take home pay and you will lose even more money having to stop at loves to get repairs on the trailers that they don’t fix and they don’t do 90 day DOT inspections on the trailers like they are supposed to this is a small company but they still treat you like a number should you decide to come here you will not make much money and your requests for more miles will be ignored they keep everyone at the same mileage regardless if you run hard or not like I said you are a number here and they value no one

Pros

Detention pay 80 mph trucks

Cons

Bad trailers poor maintenance poor miles and pay bad CSA score

the Dispatchers don't care about the drivers they won't even return your phone call should you need assistance while you are out on the road delivering the freight if you have to pass by a scale and your load is overweight you can't adjust your load you are shhh out of luck because you can not get a hold of anybody, not even safety.

Pros

they have the right equipment but you still need to do a pre and post-trip inspection.

Cons

the dispatchers are very disrespectful to all the drivers they don't respect the drivers and feel the drivers are not the heart of the company they think otherwise their biggest downfall is you can't get in touch with anybody on the phone because they won't answer your call whatsoever not even a text message.
