I have never had a problem - Panther respects me. My recruiter was honest and stayed in touch bc she cares and is always there if I need a friendly voice. All companies have people that write bad reviews but not many positive ones bc people will go out of their way to make it known if they have a bad experience, for every good experience 10 negative ones pop up bc people don’t talk about what happened right but will perpetuate a bad experience over and over until enough people believe it. These reviews make me sad for people that go outta their way to hurt the reputation of hard working people trying to make a living like everyone else.

Pros

Pay, respect, and integrity

Cons

Well to start off ive been on the road for a month and have not been home yet. BUT thats because i love being on the road making money. You cant make money sitting at home. Now as far as loads go i have only sat 1 day since ive hit the road and thats because i wanted to be out of service to get my truck serviced and a few things changed. My fleet owner Otis with YWC Express is very helpful when it comes to repairs. The shortest run ive had thus far is 600 miles and panther offered a bonus because of the short miles. I usually wont take a load under 1,000 miles.

Pros

Newer equipment, sign on bonus, traveling everywhere, great pay, all but one dispatcher has been great help.

Cons

1 dispatcher named Conner B

This post about Panther Premium Logistics is a lie, they hire you and do not respect you, they leave you stranded wherever you want. I have been in Georgia for two days and they do not respect the order of arrival. Do not be fooled by these people, they have terrible logistics and none of the explanation they give you makes sense, and if they have preferences with certain drivers, they are the only ones they prioritize. It is the truth. They only give you 2 or 3 loads a week and they leave you stranded all weekend and no one calls you to find out about anyone. Believe me, it is ridiculous. That is why they went bankrupt years ago due to the terrible logistics they have. Do not be fooled by these lies.

In my own experience, promoting Panther as an honest company that supports its drivers in getting miles and providing support was a complete lie. I fell for their false promises and even brought two team drivers to work for me. However, we quickly realized that Panther was unable to keep us moving, causing us to worry about our job security and income. As a result, my team drivers quit and I was left feeling deceived and disappointed by Panther's dishonest practices. This whole experience was nothing but a scam, and I urge others to be cautious and not fall for their false advertising.

Pros

Do not work for panther

Dispatchers do not keep trucks moving consistently, meaning you won't make much money. They want you to stay out minimum 3 weeks at a time, but you rarely make over $1000 per week. Also they often times won't pay on time. There was 4-5 instances where I was paid weeks late from loads we delivered simply because there was an error in the billing department. DO NOT DRIVE OR LEASE ONTO PANTHER, you WILL lose A LOT OF MONEY.

Pros

NONE

Cons

- Low pay - Little hometime - Very poor dispatching - Does not pay on time - Unrealistic maintenance requirements
