The overall company is not bad, they just have horrible leadership! The Georgetown branch is the most deceptive. They’re constantly adding more work without any incentive. The typical work week is no less than 50 plus hours with no overtime pay. This averages out to $20 a hour! Most routes give no time to eat lunch or take bathroom breaks. They never give raises, the last raise we had was 3 years ago, which made our weekly rate $1050 which is laughable compared to other companies in Georgetown. This could be a great company if the leadership would listen to its drivers! This used to be a good company, now they expect to much from the drivers, we rarely have time to eat lunch, take breaks or even goto the restroom! Seniority used to mean something, I honestly think they’re trying to weed out the veteran drivers. Until this company figures out that the drivers are valuable, please steer clear of this company!

Pros

It’s a Job

Cons

Bad terminal manager! Deceptive, dirty trucks. Not enough new Trucks. Treats drivers like hourly employees. With the amount of hours they make you work, you would be better off at Walmart grocery store!

Hone daily driver with less than a year of experience. This company provided a good quality opportunity hauling daily out of Georgtown. Great staff, maintenance, and fellow drivers make this a great job with a company that cares.

I just quit OnLine. To many bosses, bosses are angry people!!! Drivers are responsible for getting paper work sent in on Samsara, with very little training to do it. Pay roll never gets it they say? I was turning mine in through the office, and they still never got it they say? The last week I worked I sat in Bowling Green Ky. for 20 hours, no load! I never got paid for my last week so far, it is hard to judge what you will get paid for , it runs so far behind! I had a little accident the first week, trailer wheels run through a flower garden . GPS's are any good, took me through a subdivision. Judge for your self, my experience was not good!

I worked for Online on the Frontier side of the company. I have nothing bad to say. I got good miles. They took good care of us during the first portion of the pandemic. They gave us an extra $200 to $250 per week and paid our medical insurance. Yes some of the equipment was old but they were cycling it out and getting brand new trucks. I left in June 2020 and writing this in June 2021. West m going back and haven’t even considered any other company.

Pros

Good miles good mile rate. I had awesome dispatchers.

Cons

Older equipment.

It's been a few years since I've worked for them but I liked them a lot. Had a dedicated run with them for a few years until they lost the contract. I would've stayed but they had nothing in my area. They take good care of their equipment. Pay is ok. Not sure if things are still the same or how they are handling the new hos. One year with them when my brother and I teamed we ran 250,000 miles which still wasn't the highest within the company and we were home every weekend and 2 other times through the week as well. Good luck.

OnLine Transport now offering CDL training

I was on their Toyota dedicated account. Their equipment is junk. They have new trucks, but give them to drivers that have been there for 10 yrs. New students get stuck with old 2008 international crap that are over 600k miles. They don't keep up with maintenance! I was broke down at least once or twice every, or everyother week.

Now for their school, they offer a live in campus school, pay you while training and than pay you at a lower rate ( believe it was 38cpm) coming out of school.

Only good thing is its the only company you can train with that gets you home every weekend.
