The only thing that was good about this company was the hotel that they put me in for orientation. The truck was a p.o.s. The trailers were trashed, except for a slim few that were in decent shape. Dispatchers are outsourced to India, and they get very angry when you can’t understand them. APU wouldn’t work correctly in 110 degree heat, and got yelled at for bypassing the idle shutdown and letting the truck run. Being harassed by dispatch on my 10 or my 34 demanding that I “Have to answer my phone”. Ditched their truck in Rancho Cucamonga and ran as fast as I could. Worst company I’ve ever worked for.

Always a fight to get home after time off was scheduled. They don't care about their drivers only moving the next load. Maintenance was poor. Don't even like replacing an air filter just blow them out until falling apart.

Unkept promises for requested home time, safety manger unprofessional texting & conversation ( text messages to prove it). Driver manger want to overwork you, not caring about your personal care on the road. Multiple mistakes on info on pu and delivery causing errors. They expect you to sit at customers and not pay detention pay, want you to be on duty doing task for company & not pay you such as cleaning out nasty trailers before pu loads that require food grade. Wanting you to do two loads in one and not pay you for your time.

Pros

Did not have to leave the state of Texas

Cons

Pay is awful averaging .55 cpm with is about $15.00 hourly
