As an owner-operator, I’ve worked with a few companies, but this one stands out. Good loads, no forced dispatch, and they respect your time. They treat you like a partner, not just a number. Highly recommend.

Hey all - I've been working at Navinix for a couple years now and wanted to share my experience. Really good company to work for. They offer benefits and PTO on your first day. Dispatch is really easy to work with. I feel really valued here. I wish I would have found them earlier on in my career, but hey, better late than never. Worth checking out if you are looking.

I dont know about others, but for me, it’s been over 5 months since I came here, and I havent seen any of the bad things mentioned in the negative comments actually happen. I agreed to the conditions when I came and I am working based on those terms. So far, I havent faced any serious issues. I guess drivers who write negative comments are often inexperienced or came without fully understanding the terms so naturally, the problem is on their side.

Navinix is the best decision I made. I'm reading the reviews now. Whats going on? This company never treated me like that. I've been working for this company for 5 months. Those drivers who are leaving bad reviews, don't blame the company, look at you first. If they fired you, so you don't deserve the company.
