Never work for Chicago companies off of Craigslist. Stay away! Dispatchers are good and do their best to try find you the best loads. But Safety and the owner sucks. Will micro manage and cheat you out your check. Very shady people, if you love your peace stay away. Four people in the office and the two dispatchers doesn’t like them.

They change your rate con taking money off every one of your load you won't get your escrow back I can guarantee it. They are bad as the brokers if not worse

Switch from containers about 9 months ago. I had a very rough start since everything is completely brand new to me. As times goes by and learn more about this dry van business, things start to get smooth. The key is learn to communicate with this dispatcher. Dispatcher willing to work with owner op different need and schedule , allowing driver to pick the load they want to maximize the pay and hometime. Never force to run any load that you don’t want. As far as pay check goes, they never short on any load, always direct deposit on every Friday. No surprise fee, everything is mention. For equipment, the trailer I rent from them is 2019, no issue close to brand new condition. One thing I wish to be improve is detention pay usually about 25 /hr after 2hr.
