Dispatcher never answers the phone, can't seem to get loads where they need to be in a timely manner. I'm constantly waiting at the yard for my next load. Wasting my time. My truck is a leased International...it pulls well, but has so much electronic garbage that wants to do the driving. None of that s**t works as intended, and can cause real problems. Trailers all leak product, and maintenance is questionable. Safety is preached, but not necessarily practiced, especially if it costs a few $. Pay used to seem ok, but no raise to offset the inflation. Wasted time waiting for loads, repairs, or paperwork is very rarely paid. Communication is almost non-existent.

Lousy company. Always closing terminals, and driver pay is among the lowest in the industry. No job stability, and company is very poorly run. Have a very lean structure, and both drivers and staff are required to work 6, sometimes 7 days per week due to lack of help. Stay away from this company!

Great company to work for been with them 13 years .There are times when it slow down but it a steady flow of work.
