The escrow deduction you’re referring to was due to a load shift incident that required a restacking fee, which we covered. The rest of your escrow was returned, and everything was fully accounted for. This happened because you attempted a last-second U-turn on the highway at an unsafe speed while holding your phone to your ear with one hand and talking to a friend. Honestly, it was reckless to witness and genuinely concerning to watch. As a result, the load shifted and was damaged. Fortunately, no one was hurt as a result of this unsafe decision, but it easily could have ended differently. MigWay was built from the ground up to give drivers the ability to make $2,000+ per week while still getting home every weekend. This isn’t by chance—it’s how we’ve structured our business from day one, and plenty of drivers have proven it works. We frequently post proof of this on social media, and any veteran driver here can confirm it firsthand. We also find it interesting that while your review focuses on pay, you rated dispatch, equipment, and home time with 1 star—despite not mentioning any specific issues with them.
