The son thinks he’s the owner, BIG EGO on him. Say’s they are a family based company but when you ask for home time, it’s as if you were to of started WW3. Terrible company to work for. Dispatchers were Whistleblowers.

They treat their employees like crap. They steal money from the very people that work for them off their checks.

We at Mies & Sons Trucking love to make up your salary and change your pay when we want. Are peasants do okay work for us. We rate their pay by if we like them or not. We also discriminate against people. We also change the seals on the lot real quick before they get to DFA so they get accepted. So you never know if they got contaminated . We the people of Mies & Sons Trucking love to embezzle money. If you don't like the way we work well not are issue.

Overall it was a good place to work.Since they moved most of operation to Garden City I have no clue about working conditions.

Good company, but they help themselves to your pay whenever they want a truck detailed. Drivers pay for things the company can well afford to take care of.
