Care nothing about your experience or safety record 25+ years Otr, 8 years hauling mail no accidents no tickets in over 20 years but to these folks you just got out of truck driving school. Have front an rear facing cameras an SAY they won’t use them against you wrong, watch and monitor EVERY little aspect of your day, I wanted someone over my shoulder every minute of every day I’d work for swift. Equipment is fair to poor. We have 4 to 5 trucks here in charlotte your required to slip seat SO you nrpever no what kinda crap your stepping in to trucks filthy inside an out, windows u can barely see out of, example pretriped a truck last week, trucks have cattle guards, pull pin til guard raise hood, but genius that did oil change a while back put bolts in cattle guard, that were rusted so no checking under hood, they sent someone out an low an behold they put new bolts in. Why do I stay I DESPISE changing jobs an money is good so I’ll stay here til they fire me for doing 70 in a 70 (we have some that do 70) or not kissing there ring on all their safety stuff, but when they get there cameras an safety czars to drive their trucks I’ll b gone to money or not

Pros

Money is good, easy loads an mostly ez runs, some have some screwed up hours

Cons

Equipment overbearing bunch of sob

This is a horrible company to work for. The equipment sucks! The owner and management don't care about SAFETY AT all. No training.

I work in the postal division, i work an early morning shift 6 days a week, you pick up your loaded trailer at post office and get to your relay point, swap trailers and head back, you are home every nite and the pay is hourly plus paid medical by post office, equipment is older but well maintained

Pros

pay and free medical insurance and balance goes into 401k
