Bad and useless company or outfit to do business……meaning they lie and manipulate a drivers psp reports leaving it all in judicial action.

If you want to sit long hours waiting for loads, do numerous restarts on the road with no pay, be given short runs, no detention time, no breakdown pay, no annual increase, only 5 paid vacation days a year then you'll be okay working for Merx Global.

Pros

The dispatcher I work with is professional and does her best despite the lack of freight the company is able to secure.

Cons

No annual increase. Expensive health/dental insurance. Low miles. Dealing with brokers calling you at all hours of the day and night.

I’ve been with merx for a year now and I can’t complain. They’re great people to work with, take care the equipment, no micromanagement of course if your doing your job, and the pay is great. I’m regional out for five days home on the weekends. Wish I went with them sooner in my career lol
