Very poor equipment and management, nothing but lies loads are slow to get and the main issue is maintenance they will run it till it leaves you stranded.

Pros

There are no pros at all

Cons

Anything you can think of that could be bad is bad

If you are an owner operator you are not priority to them. Out for a week with no communication from anyone. Call in for load information and not one person gets back to you. Equipment is terrible. This is a very bad company to work for as an owner operator. I have had to foot the bill to pay for trailer repair just so I can get loaded.

Pros

None

Cons

Where do I begin.

Rates dropped but they still advertise 300k. That is a lie. Youd be luckey to gross half of that. Theyve installed driver cameras and have doubled their shop fees. The equipment they run belongs in a scrap yard. If you like pulling $350-$800 loads then come here. If you like showing up to customers without out the proper documents come here. If you like being lied to then come here. Crap csa score. No prepass. You will roll every scale.

Pros

I cant think of anything. There used be a few a couple of years ago but not any more

Cons

Everything. Come see for yor self.

It's the money and they leave you alone, pretty much can get the miles I want. 80 cpm. They don't babysit the otr guys and I've heard Owner ops do well.

Pros

The money. It's the money

Cons

Hometime policy is just whenever you finally had enough

Stay away. Run don't walk. High turnover for a small company. Management is blind and incompetent. Poor equipment. Company provides no pay raises. Substandard pay for work.

Pros

Never missed a paycheck.

Cons

Poor management from HR to operations. Turnover is over 100%.
